Creation sharing rules
Share only work you are allowed to use. Creating an image or video never submits or publishes it automatically.1. What you submit
Choose a completed FilmLune image or video from History or its private detail, then select Publish. The exact result, prompt, model details, and the sharing-rules version you explicitly confirm are bound to that submission. Read the website and official-social publication permissions before checking the confirmation box.
2. You keep your rights
FilmLune does not take ownership of your creation. When you explicitly confirm and submit an application under these rules, you authorize FilmLune, if the creation is selected, to display the exact result and prompt on its website and let visitors copy, adapt or use the prompt as a reference on FilmLune. You also authorize FilmLune to download the selected image or video and upload and publish it on FilmLune’s official social accounts to promote FilmLune. FilmLune may use its specifically authorized operational Agents to retrieve and download the selected creation and prompt solely for these official publications. The public MCP may present your selected creation, its media links and prompt for viewing and reference. This does not grant users permission to republish the media. Paid promotion, separate API redistribution and access to your own social accounts are not included. Only submit content for which you have the necessary rights. Earlier applications retain their recorded authorization; this update does not expand it.
3. Review and publication
FilmLune reviews each submission for quality, safety, rights, presentation, and attribution. Rejected work stays out of the Gallery. Only accepted, selected work is published in the Gallery, marked as featured, rewarded with 30 credits, and followed by the selection email.
4. Public profile and social networks
If you approve a public display name, avatar, and social-profile link, FilmLune may show them with the published creation. FilmLune never publishes your sign-in email and never posts to a social network for you.
5. Featured reward
Submitting a creation does not earn credits. If FilmLune selects and publishes it as featured work, your account receives one 30-credit reward. The same submission cannot receive the reward twice.
6. Withdrawal and removal
You may withdraw a submission before publication when its current state allows it. After publication, you may request removal; FilmLune then reconciles the Gallery entry, its first-party preview, and its public attribution. MCP distribution requires the recorded authorization and a validated catalog projection. Removal requests also apply to that projection. Security and credit records may remain where they are still required.
