Questions
How much does a film cost?
Each film gets its own fixed price before you confirm: about 1,600 to 3,400 credits depending on length and difficulty. One revision costs 300 credits.
How long does it take?
Usually 15 to 30 minutes once your film starts. Films are made one at a time, so you may wait in a short queue first.
What happens if a film fails?
The credits reserved for it are returned automatically. If something interrupts a film, we check it and keep your credits reserved until then.
Which languages are supported?
This page works in nine languages. Narration is in English for now; more narration languages are coming soon.
