This supplement describes information categories and requests under California law when it applies to FilmLune and your situation.

Scope of this page
Publishing this page does not mean FilmLune meets every CCPA coverage threshold. FilmLune nevertheless honors the choices and requests below where they apply.
Categories of information
- Identifiers and contact details: sign-in address, chosen name, technical account identifiers, and support messages.
- Commercial information: purchases, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, and credits, without full card numbers or security codes stored by FilmLune.
- Internet and device activity: sessions, security events, preferences, and, after consent, measured public pages.
- Provided or generated content: prompts, settings, media, creations, favorites, and applications.
Sources
FilmLune receives this information directly from you, from your use of the service, and from providers needed for authentication, payments, generation, safety, hosting, email, and consented measurement.
Business purposes
- Provide, maintain, and personalize the features you request.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, credits, receipts, refunds, and disputes.
- Secure FilmLune, prevent fraud, enforce content rules, and diagnose incidents.
- Measure and improve public pages when you have given the corresponding consent.
Disclosure to service providers
FilmLune discloses only the information needed by the provider categories described in the Privacy Policy. Those disclosures support the service and do not authorize providers to use the data for their own independent advertising purposes.
Sale and advertising sharing
FilmLune does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A separate ‘Do Not Sell or Share’ link is therefore not currently offered. If that practice changed, required choices would be added before activation.
Rights that may apply
- Know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients and request specific pieces where the law provides.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of a sale or advertising share if FilmLune were to introduce one.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information if that right becomes applicable to FilmLune processing.
- Receive no discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable right.
Submit or authorize a request
Write to support@filmlune.com and identify the request. FilmLune may verify identity and, for an authorized agent, request proof of authority to the extent permitted by law.
