Service operator and contact
FilmLune is an independently operated online service. The public address for privacy and service requests is support@filmlune.com.
Data we process
- Account and authentication data, such as your sign-in address, chosen name, and session information.
- Prompts, settings, uploaded media, generated creations, private history, favorites, and Gallery applications.
- Orders, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, and credit movements. FilmLune does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Limited human-verification, security, abuse-prevention, reliability, and incident-resolution results and technical signals.
- Privacy choices and preferences stored in your browser; public-page audience and experience data sent to Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after consent.
- Messages and information you voluntarily send to support.
Why we use it
- Provide accounts, creations, private storage, credits, payments, support, and the features you request.
- Secure the service, enforce content rules, prevent fraud, and diagnose incidents.
- Understand use of public pages and improve the service when you have accepted audience and experience measurement through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
- Meet applicable obligations, keep necessary records, and establish or defend legal rights.
Legal bases we use
Depending on the processing and your situation, FilmLune relies on performing the service you request or a contract, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time.
Providers and recipients
Data is made available only where needed for the service, security, payment, or support. Current categories include:
- Hosting, database, and storage: Vercel, Neon, and Cloudflare R2.
- Authentication, human verification, and email: Better Auth, Cloudflare Turnstile when sign-in begins, Google when you choose Google OAuth, and Resend for service messages.
- Payments and subscriptions: Stripe and Link. They handle payment information under their own responsibilities and terms.
- Generation and safety: APIMart and, depending on the media and availability, NVIDIA, Sightengine, or Replicate. Inputs needed to perform or review your request may be sent to them.
- Audience and experience measurement: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, only after the corresponding consent and only on allowed public pages. Clarity recording text and inputs are masked.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. FilmLune selects services based on their applicable terms and transfer mechanisms; their notices explain their locations and safeguards.
How long data is kept
FilmLune keeps data only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, the account relationship, security, dispute handling, and accounting or legal obligations. A deletion may leave limited records where law, security, a dispute, or credit-ledger integrity still requires them.
Cookies and audience measurement
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and optional external content load only after your choice. You can refuse, customize, or withdraw that choice on the dedicated page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and may withdraw consent. The GDPR and CCPA pages provide additional information.
Security and automated decisions
FilmLune limits access, separates private content from public projections, and records events needed for security and credits. Automated safety filters may block a creation; FilmLune does not make solely automated decisions based on personal data that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
Changes to this policy
