Scope of this page
This page explains how to exercise GDPR rights when the regulation applies. It is not a certification and does not artificially extend the regulation’s territorial scope.
Rights that may apply
- Access your data and obtain information about its processing.
- Correct inaccurate data or complete information that is incomplete.
- Request erasure when the legal conditions are met.
- Request restricted processing in the situations provided by law.
- Object to certain processing based on legitimate interests.
- Receive certain data in a structured format or request its transfer where this right applies.
- Withdraw consent for future processing without affecting prior lawful processing.
Make a request
Write to support@filmlune.com, preferably from the address linked to your account, and identify the right involved. FilmLune requests only proportionate verification when identity or scope must be confirmed.
Timing and outcome
FilmLune responds within the period required by applicable law, ordinarily within one month after receiving a complete request. The period may be extended where the law permits; we will then explain why.
Transfers and providers
Current provider categories and international processing are described in the Privacy Policy. An access request may also ask about safeguards applicable to your situation.
Complaints
You may complain to the supervisory authority where you live, work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. In France, that authority is the CNIL.
