Help us respond

Include the address used for your account and describe the issue. For a payment or generation, include only the approximate time and affected screen; FilmLune can request a safe reference later if needed.

Never send a secret

FilmLune will never ask you to email or post your password, one-time code, full card number, security code, MCP access key, or Stripe secret on X or Discord.

Privacy requests

To exercise a data right, write to the support address from the email linked to your account when possible. We may request proportionate verification before acting.
