Terms of Service

FilmLune is run by SpringWang, an individual developer, High Street, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. Contact: support@filmlune.com.

FilmLune is for people aged 18 or over. It is not directed to children, and you must not use it if you are under 18. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Creating images and videos uses credits. Prices are shown with their currency before you pay, and they are final gross prices. Credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year, according to the plan you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the current paid period stays available until it ends. Subscription credits are issued every month and expire at the start of the next subscription month. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Alipay.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes refund or withdrawal rights that the law of your country gives you.

You keep your rights in the photos, videos and text you upload. You allow FilmLune and its service providers to process them only to provide the service you request. You may use the results you generate, including commercially, as long as you follow the law, these terms and the terms of the model provider. Results are made by AI models, may be inaccurate or similar to other people's results, and should be checked before you publish them.

Do not use FilmLune to break the law; infringe copyright, trademarks or privacy; use a person's likeness without permission; create sexual content involving minors; deceive or impersonate others; spread malware; attack, overload or scrape the service; or resell credits. FilmLune may refuse a request, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Creations you submit to the public gallery are covered by the Sharing Terms. FilmLune may decline or remove a submission at any time.

If you believe content on FilmLune infringes your rights, email support@filmlune.com with the subject "Rights complaint". Include the page address, a description of your work or right, your name and contact details, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. FilmLune replies within 5 business days and removes or disables the content when the complaint is justified. The person who published the content may reply with a counter-notice, which FilmLune reviews before any restoration.

Models, features and prices may change. A quoted price applies to the job you confirm. FilmLune may suspend the service for maintenance or security.

FilmLune is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the consumer rights you have where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.

When these terms change, the date above changes. Important changes are announced on the website before they apply to paid plans.
