Start with the output you need, then compare the full prompt with its published example. A striking thumbnail alone does not explain the instructions or input that produced it.
Choose images for one composition: a portrait, product poster or illustration. Choose video when the timing of an action, subject movement or camera movement matters. A still-image prompt does not describe the motion between frames.
Open the case to read its source prompt, model label, attribution and adaptation notes. A recommended model is a starting option, not proof that the source used it. Multiple output images can belong to one prompt.
Keep the useful structure and change the subject, setting or palette deliberately. For video, also simplify the action and choose a supported duration. Select the actual model, resolution and credit quote in Studio before generating.
